It has been 2 weeks since the last post but not for lack of wanting to update this blog. Been busy with closed hunts, laptop/net connection down and some other commitments.
There are a few hunt announcements. First stop is this hunt by Trailblazers. They have been hawking this hunt since last year, so many of you are aware of this one. And since Raj has taken the trouble to write a blurb, I’ll let you enjoy (or cringe) them verbatim.

Everyone who has a zest for romance and adventure is invited to hop on the love brigade which starts from vibrant Shah Alam to idyllic Port Dickson on Valentine’s Day, Saturday 14.2.2009.
Rack your brains by following the Cupid’s Clues and set your hearts aflutter upon reaching the love abode in PD. All hunters would have the chance to win great prizes , enjoy a one night stay replete with a sumptuous dinner and a hearty breakfast.
Seal your love by February 10th 2009!

Trailblazer just release the prizes info for this hunt
RM1000, RM800, RM700, RM600, RM500, RM450, RM400 CASH + RM2500 worth of other prizes including 4 vouchers for a beach resort stay (for 4 people each with breakfast), exclusive dining vouchers, free ice cream vouchers worth RM6.90 for all hunters from New Zealand Natural + a Valentine BBQ dinner + breakfast before and the day after the hunt and Valentine games prizes during dinner.

There will be 30 clues and 6 Treasures (all treasures will be donated to the Agathians Shelter Home For Children in Petaling Jaya) + 5 MKJR Questions and the Hunt will be from 8 a.m to 3p.m.
The Hunt will be flagged off at Kelab Shah Alam,Selangor (opposite Tesco’s) after breakfast on Valentine’s Day.(Please note that a briefing will be held at the same venue on Thursday, February 12,2009 at 7.30p.m.Light refreshments will be served!)
After the Hunt, a Valentine barbecue dinner will commence at 7.15 p.m. The answers to the Hunt and the prize presentation will follow at 8.30p.m.
Prizes include cash ranging from RM 1.000 to RM 400 (7 cash prizes totalling RM 4,450) and non cash prizes worth RM 2,500 which includes one night accommodation for 4 with breakfast (4 prizes),exclusive dining vouchers for 4 and we are all getting free ice cream vouchers from NZ Natural (worth RM 6.90 each).
For those staying over, breakfast the next morning is served at the Hotel (Glory Beach Resort).
Please note that we have also allocated a category for those who do not intend to stay over at Port Dickson on Valentine’s Day.The fee is RM 120 per person (inclusive of the Valentine Barbecue Dinner).
Our hunt route will basically be the old roads leading to Port Dickson (e.g. Banting, Morib and Lukut).
We have done the clues (ranging from simple to average and finally a few “juicy” ones) and the treasures, though easy to find are generally not-too-easy to crack!
We have prepared a nice programme after the Hunt as well. After all it is Valentine’s Day and what better way to spend the day (and night) doing the thing that we like most with the people that passionately share our common interest.
