Kaspersky / PJ Blogger’s Challenger Hunt 2009

Posted by Mike On June - 21 - 2009

  • 5 objective Qs about PJ in 60 secs before the start of the hunt.
  • 10Qs about Kaspersky and K-Klub – each team give a notebook to surf for answers at the organiser’s office computer lab located on Level 4

Questions were not that tough. Decider was the 10Qs on Kaspersky. Kids who turned up for the hunt should have gone for the coloring contest :)

Not tough??? Darn! We must have had a very bad day then as we used up the 1 1/2 hours to the death! Thought we were with the other regulars struggling with a picture and question or two as all were loitering at the back end ie. PJ Grocer section to the very end… hmm!!!!

Thought the decider was more on the ‘How well you know PJ’ quiz or in this case how well you ‘tembak / um-kong’ ;P !!!!

As for Teoh’s ‘kids’ comment, a young boy (12 years old?) beat the crap out of all other adult participants in a blog quiz contest (not part of the hunt) and walked away with a notebook!!

    Cheers!

Yeah I forgot about the blog quiz. Oh and if I’m not mistaken those in the coloring contest have chance to win 2K if their entry, which will appear on a website, gets the highest votes on-line.Good for them.

Claire, I don’t think we would stand a chance against all those kids who took part in the colouring contest. Did you notice how well prepared they were – Japanese low height table, minimum 48 colours crayons and colour pencils, colouring protection techniques – base of palm on hankies/cloths to avoid smudging the areas coloured, mini battery fans held by parents, ets, etc…. I term them professional colouring contest kids!!!!! Sigh…!!!!!!

That’s right! colouring contest organisers should split their contests into 2 caterogies, masters and novices. Add coconut bowling for good measure. That should level the colouring pad. ;-)
